Chartwell Noble has appointed Nicholas Kendrick as a Partner Agent to expand its operations in Worcestershire’s country house market. Kendrick, previously a Partner Associate with Fine & Country in the region, will operate under the company’s self-employed Partner Agent model.
The appointment comes as part of Chartwell Noble’s broader expansion strategy, following a period of significant growth that saw the company record 129% year-on-year revenue increase over the past 12 months.
Partner Agent model
Under the Partner Agent structure, Kendrick will manage his own portfolio of properties from initial instruction through to completion, providing clients with a single point of contact throughout the transaction process.
Kendrick has operated a family holiday rental business since 2015 alongside his estate agency work. Before entering property, he trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and worked as an actor for the BBC in 2015.
“Having worked within an established premium brand and run my own property business, I was looking for a structure that combined independence with serious backing,” Kendrick said. “The self-employed model that Chartwell Noble offers allows me to take full ownership of the client relationship and the outcome, from valuation through to completion.”
Market positioning
Ross D’Aniello, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Chartwell Noble, said the appointment was a strategic move for the company. “He combines a proven track record in the premium and country homes market with genuine entrepreneurial experience and a deep understanding of his patch,” D’Aniello stated.
The move reflects broader trends in the UK property sector, where buyers continue to prefer human agents over digital alternatives. The expansion also follows similar developments in the market, with other agencies strengthening their presence in the prime property sector.
The Worcestershire appointment forms part of Chartwell Noble’s continued expansion across regional property markets in England, targeting the country house and prime residential segments.
