A row of three Victorian terraced houses converted into nine flats near Birmingham’s Edgbaston Stadium is up for auction.

The vacant freehold property at 91, 93 and 95 Oakfield Road in Balsall Heath will be listed with a guide price of £615,000+ in the live-streamed auction on Wednesday 10 December by auctioneer Bond Wolfe.

Edgbaston Stadium is home to Warwickshire Cricket Club, while the flats are also close to Moseley Village and Cannon Hill Park.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This a rare opportunity to purchase a row of three-storey, mid-terraced houses that have been converted into nine self-contained flats, with further office and communal accommodation.

“This property, which has communal gardens front and back, may be suitable for redevelopment or conversion back into three dwellings, subject to planning permission.”

The property has gas central heating, an intercom door entry system, fire doors, smoke alarms, emergency lighting and double glazing.

Viewings will be carried out on a block viewing basis, with times and dates available from Thursday 20 November.

Offers in excess of the guide price may be considered prior to the auction.
