Property Ladder, operated by brothers James and Ed Brooks, has established a new office on Patteson Road in the NR3 area of Norwich. The business was founded in 2008 when James Brooks opened the agency’s first branch in Spixworth, with Ed Brooks joining approximately three years later.

The expansion comes as Norwich’s residential property market continues to experience activity, though growth rates have slowed nationally. According to James Brooks, the new office has already attracted enquiries from local homeowners looking to sell properties in the area.

James Brooks told the press: “If you can demonstrate to people you have that human touch, they will trust handing over the keys to their property.” He noted that he established the business during the 2008 credit crunch, adding: “I set up the business in 2008 during a credit crunch. It needed to stand out as much as possible.”
